About Nauta

Nauta is a browser extension that turns a travel plan you choose in an AI chat into editable days and places for Maps and your calendar. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, or any travel provider.

Software availability

Supported websites, features, and limits may change as AI services and browsers evolve. Online place matching can become temporarily unavailable because it depends on third-party services.

Your responsibility to review

AI-generated itineraries and places Nauta finds in them can be incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for confirming names, locations, dates, opening hours, accessibility, reservations, safety requirements, visas, and travel advisories before acting.

No booking or professional advice

Nauta does not book or purchase travel. It does not provide legal, medical, immigration, financial, safety, or professional travel advice. Maps and calendar actions are organizational aids, not guarantees of availability, timing, route quality, or suitability.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nauta to:

• violate law or third-party rights;
• interfere with supported AI sites or security controls;
• distribute malware or malicious itinerary content;
• reverse engineer protected services where prohibited; or
• misrepresent Nauta as affiliated with another provider.

Paid plans

Nauta Pro costs USD 79 per year and renews annually until canceled. It keeps all trips current, enables user-selected exact Google Maps place matching, and supports one license on up to three browsers. Existing local trips, backup, deletion, Maps links, and Calendar remain accessible after cancellation or downgrade.

Polar is the merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests. Customers can cancel from Polar's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and Pro access continues through the paid period unless Polar or applicable law provides otherwise. Polar's checkout displays the final total and applicable terms before purchase.

Ownership

Nauta, its branding, and its software are proprietary. You retain responsibility for itinerary content you choose to process. These terms do not grant ownership of Nauta or rights to use its marks beyond ordinary personal use of the product.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nauta is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nauta is not liable for missed reservations, travel disruption, unsafe conditions, incorrect places, or decisions made from an AI itinerary or information opened in Maps or added to a calendar.
